Senior Recruiter
Apex is looking for a Senior Recruiter with 8+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting and who has substantial experience researching and soliciting passive candidates as well as managing active candidate pipelines; specific experience sourcing and recruiting Outdoor Air Quality professionals is highly desirable. In addition to knowledge of standard recruiting processes and methods, this position also requires utilizing CRM and/or ATS, and processing background reports. Knowledge of employment laws is helpful. Strong organizational and follow up skills, proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); and excellent customer service are essential.
We are looking for someone to work based from our Rockville, MD location. Although we may be able to offer flexible working arrangements, candidates must be a commutable distance from the office.
Duties
This position is responsible for recruiting active and passive candidates through building positive relationships with a network of candidates and our hiring managers. Specifically, activities include observing corporate processes and methods; posting career opportunities; screening candidates; sourcing through research and contacting passive candidates; coordinating interviews; processing background checks; and networking, among others.
