How can I submit my resume?

Apex prefers candidates submit resumes online through the Careers section of our website. Click on the Career Opportunities link to browse our open positions nationwide by location or position title to find the role that’s right for you. Then click Submit Resume to apply.

How long will my resume stay in Apex’s recruiting database?

Candidate resumes will remain active in our system for a minimum of 2 years following the date of the most recent activity.

How will I know if my resume is received?

Apex does not have a call-back phone line for checking the status of candidate resume submissions. However, you will receive an immediate emailed response acknowledging the receipt of your resume as soon as you submit it and it is received in our system.

Who receives my resume?

When you apply online, your resume is sent directly to our recruitment database, which is accessed by Apex’s Recruiting Services team. After applying, you will receive an auto-confirmation notice that your resume has been received. Qualifications of all applicants will be carefully reviewed. If additional information is needed or you are selected for an interview, a member of our Recruiting Services team or site-specific Apex team member will contact you via email or telephone.

When I submit my resume online, who has access to it?

All resumes received by Apex are considered confidential and are evaluated only by Human Resources and the hiring manager or hiring team seeking candidates for that specific position.

Can I apply for more than one job?

Yes. To be considered as a candidate, please be sure that your qualifications and experience match the position requirements listed in the job posting.

Will I be considered for positions other than the one I applied for?

Yes. Once submitted, your resume goes directly into our database, and our Recruiting Services team members will review your resume against any other open position for which you may be qualified.

How does the application process work?

Typically, Recruiting Services will conduct preliminary phone interviews with candidates whose qualifications seem to closely match open positions. The formal application process is set in motion after the preliminary phone interview is conducted, once the candidate is asked to complete our employment application and appear for a personal interview. Candidates are interviewed by the respective hiring manager and other Apex staff. Second or third interviews may be conducted before a final hiring decision is made.

When will I know if I'm being considered for a position?

A Recruiting Services team member or a hiring manager will contact you either via telephone or email.
